COLLEGE RULE AND REGULATIONS

Students are required to strictly adhere to the rules and regulations of the institute regarding attendance, conduct, academic performance, and clinical practice to maintain discipline and professional standards.

  1. Ragging is strictly prohibited. Those found will be suspended/restricted.
  2. Students are expected to be punctual for both theory and practical classes.
  3. All assignments (clinical or theory) must be submitted on time.
  4. Students must be neatly and decently dressed both in the college and hospital.
  5. In both college and clinical areas, students must strictly wear the uniform recommended by the college.
  6. Parents are requested not to provide any jewellery and valuables to students except the bare minimum.
  7. In the clinical area, students are not allowed to wear any jewellery.
  8. Students in clinical areas must have their hair tied up; no nail polish, makeup, or ornaments are allowed.
  9. Medical expenses of students will be borne by themselves only. Local guardians/parents will bear the entire cost and responsibility.
  10. Management will not be responsible for any attempt or commission of suicide by a student in college, hostel, or hospital premises.
  11. No student should be found outside the hospital premises in uniform except during community posting and other outside postings.
  12. Students will be issued a memo for misbehaviour. The student must respond to the same within 24 hours after two oral warnings.
  13. If a student is issued a memo more than three times, he/she may be suspended for a week. This will be notified to the parents.
  14. Suspension may lead to more severe punishment, where the student may not be able to take the university/board examination even if eligible.
  15. Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited.
  16. Students are expected to follow proper channels of communication for any issues: first contact the subject coordinator, then the class coordinator, then the Principal, and finally the Chairman.
  17. Students must maintain their health record and keep it up to date.
